Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. This helps us keep prices low while reducing waste from returned items and excess carbon emissions from shipping. That being said, we always want to make it right. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to livemusicthreads@gmail.com so we can come up with a better solution!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include images of your damaged/defective item. We'll happily replace it with the correct one!

European Union 14 day cooling off period
